With the New Year upon us, I'd like to briefly discuss the importance of preventive care. As Dr. Mike Evans points in the video below, exercising for as little as 30 minutes a day improves your quality of life and reduces a number of serious health risks significantly. His research finds that low fitness is the strongest predictor of death; even greater than obesity, smoking, diabetes and high cholesterol. So get active and have a happy and prosperous 2015!
