Training on Digitalization of Programs

Training on digitalization of radio and television programs organized in cooperation with the Ministry of Information and the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China is being provided to 45 staff members of the Ministry of Information.
Speaking at the opening event, Mr. Yemane Gebremeskel, Minister of Information, pointed out that the training program is part of the bilateral agreement between Eritrea and China in the human resources development, scholarship and short term training programs.
The Political Advisor at the Chinese Embassy, Ms. Li Wang, said that the training program will further consolidate the diplomatic relations between Eritrea and China that has been existing for the past 25 years.
The three-week training program will include the importance of sound in radio transmission, FM band digital broadcast, TV digital broadcast and coverage among others.
