Eritrea's Mekseb Debesay won the 8th stage of the Tour du Faso, Bobo-Dioulasso Dédougou (174,5km), winning in a time of 4h 06mn 52sec before the Ivorian, Bassirou Konte.
So far, team Eritrea has finished 1st 5 times out of 8 stages of Tour du Faso, winning 5 gold, 2 silver and 4 bronze medals.
The ninth and penultimate stage, Dedougou and Koudougou (131km) will be on Saturday.
