Eritrea and Finland signed a bilateral Agreement on Technical Cooperation in Asmara yesterday in the field of higher education.
The Agreement was signed by Eritrea's Minister of Higher Education, Mr. Semere Russom & Mr. Pekka Haavisto, special envoy of the Finnish FM.
The cooperation aims at enhancement of IT facilities in Eritrea's institutions of tertiary education & initiation of post-graduate GIS program.
