  1. Big thumbs up to Eritrean leadership for building hundreds of water dams and potable water reservoirs.

  3. Here is the "can do" country building a nation brick by brick. Here are the Eritrean engineers, surveyor, draftsmen, builders, technicians, mechanics, welders, and heavy equipment operators building Eritrea from ground up. You name it; from roads, bridges, dams, multi-story buildings, water supply and distribution systems, electric distribution networks, etc, etc are being built by Eritrean brain and muscle. What makes me proud is all these capital structures are being done by Eritrean brain and muscle. I mean by Eritrean brain and muscle. That is what sets Eritrea from the rest of Africa.

In 2015, get ready to see Eritrea building dams across more than 15 rivers that flow to the Red Sea from the eastern escarpment. That is what Wedi Afom said in his speech at Sirhit Fenkil. Do not forget, the other Eritrean breadbasket which has not been exploited yet is the eastern plains with more than 15 dams across 15 rivers flowing into the Red Sea.

Stay on course and watch the Eritreans building their nation brick by brick. Do not forget, the biggest asset of Eritrea is here talented, creative, hardworking, and dedicated people,

Anyone who belittles the construction of Dams by Warsay Yikealo is someone who have never built anything on his own effort or blessed with Slave Mentality.

  8. This would be useful to all AID dependent african nations, to start from scratch their economy by their own, that's what Eritrea are doing, relying on its citizens, natural resource, building human capacity, infrastructure ect..You become independent in the real term..you rely in your arms, not on the ngo's nor donors.

Here is what Eritreans are doing and after you read this, go ahead knock your head against solid concrete wall. What a bastard and desperado and thanks fro showing us your lonely life in the streets of the West. Good luck in your lonely cage.

  19. Cane, but the citizens are fleeing the country like field mice being chased by wildfire. They are drowning in the Red Sea and the Mediterranean. They're having their organs ripped out of their bodies by Organ traders and what's left of their lives is being ransomed to their brethren who were lucky enough to make it to western democracies. You're spewing empty propaganda but for how long? Sooner than later, the painful truth will come out. Your Eritrea is a dying camel... slowly rotting from the inside out.

  20. You see, there is an italian say that upon how you see the glass either "half full, or half empty", i guess you see it half empty, the meaning of this say is that you're pessimistic person, in a sense that you have a negative view based on what only you know. But pointing out of a consequence forgetting the cause of it, it shows your sided partiality view. how it come to your mind to label Eritrea a Nation in decline, when visible at the day light tremendous gains in all sectors? I would add, against all those who are designing to let kneel down as the majority of the third world nations? Have you been in Africa except your home land? do you see the difference? I'm not talking about glitter private buildings, i mean water, food, health, education. Dogali ayneka heseyo bejaka..Ok nekefieta, ma natka UWUR KOYNU TROPPO.
To your contrary i see personally "full glass" not be helmi but be gahdi.
    Selamat

  21. can this generate some hydro power? I was watching a documentary last night and it showed a dam doesn't have to be huge to generate power. of course the MW is small but might be better than nothing.

  22. Two weeks past, at the site were told taking Photos is strictly prohibited! but visited the gigantic reservoir which it encompasses a vast body of water, & with the height of the Dam still going up in concrete " earlier the major part was done of stone masonry"
